Account

You can access account details by clicking the avatar icon in the upper right corner:

 

Change Password

Click the Change Password link to update your password.

 

 

Enter your Old Password and New Password, then click the Change Password button.

 

User Profile

Clicking the User Profile link will open up a modal window that displays the basic profile information such as User Id, email, and account type.

 

 

Click the Save buttons to update changes.

 

My User Account

The User Account is like the user profile but contains more advanced options for managing account details.

 

Click the User Account link, then click the Edit button in the upper right corner to edit Account details.

 

In the Summary Section, edit User Id, email, Opt-Out preferences, Name, Time Zone, Locale (language), and Selected Roles.

 

 

 

 

In the Address section, edit Address details and Phone numbers.

 

 

Lastly, in the Signature section, you can add a digital signature. This is the signature that appears when sending external communications from the system.

 

 

Once all changes have been made, click the Save button in the upper right corner.

My Business Account

This section reflects the profile of the entire business organization.

 

 

Users with administrative permissions can edit business information such as address, signature, company logo, and more.

 

Once changes have been made, click the Save button in the upper right corner.
